Michael Richard Bell (born January 27, 1939 in Montreal , Quebec) is a former Canadian ambassador .

Life

Michael Richard Bell's parents were Elizabeth Charlotte Brown and Harry Heartz Bell. With the collapse of the Soviet Union , Michael Richard Bell, based in Moscow , was accredited to the newly formed governments in Dushanbe , Tbilisi , Bishkek , Baku and Kiev .
