Michal Kasal (born April 3, 1994 in Nové Město na Moravě ) is a Czech handball player .
The 2.07 m tall left back player moved in 2011 from the Czech club HC Zubří to FC Barcelona in the Spanish ASOBAL league . There he was used in the 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons in the second team, which was each champion of the División de Honor Plata de Balonmano (2nd division). In the 2013/14 season he played several times in the ASOBAL league and became Spanish champion. In the summer of 2014 he moved to Slovenia to the record champions RK Celje . In February 2015, Kasal joined FC Porto , with whom he won the Portuguese championship in 2015. In January 2016, Kasal moved to the French first division club Pays d'Aix UC . In summer 2016 he switched to the Spanish first division club BM Granollers . A year later he joined the Slovak association HT Tatran Prešov . With Tatran Prešov he won the Slovak championship in 2018. In February 2019 he joined the German second division club HC Elbflorenz .
Kasal has played 43 international matches for the Czech national team so far , scoring 31 goals. The right-hander took part in the 2014 European Championship .
