Mick Weaver
Mick Weaver (born June 16, 1944 in Bolton , England ) is a British rock musician ( keyboard ). At times he appeared under the pseudonym Wynder K. Frog .
"Wynder K. Frog" was also the name of Weaver's first band, which lasted until 1968. When Steve Winwood left the band Traffic in early 1969 to join Blind Faith , Weaver and the rest of the Traffic musicians formed the band Wooden Frog , also known as " Mason , Capaldi , Wood & Frog". The group broke up after a few appearances.
From 1970 Weaver played in many bands, including the Grease Band , the bands of Keef Hartley , Joe Cocker , Frankie Miller , Ronnie Lane , Eric Burdon and Roger Chapman .
Mick Weaver has been in the band of blues musician Taj Mahal since the 1990s .
