The tenement house , which the property owner Alexander Egerland had built in 1896/1897 according to a design by the Dresden architect Julius Förster by the master builder Gustav Röder , is located in the original district of Alt-Radebeul in the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Meißner Straße 96. The representative tenement house , which is now a listed building, is located on the northern side of Meißner Strasse on a corner property facing Eduard-Bilz-Strasse. The three-storey plastered building with basement stands on a quarry stone plinth, the two upper floors are separated by a wide cornice . The light facades are loosened up by dark brick structures and sandstone inserts, the window frames are made of shaped stones . Most of the windows and the loggias are arched, while the windows on the first floor have arched arches .
