The under monument protection standing villa rental was 1896/1897 by the architect and builder Adolf Neumann built. Shortly before, Neumann had built the Villa Minna next door for the same client ; At the same time the rental villa Borstrasse 58 was built .
The plastered building, which has since been reduced, has a gently sloping, flattened hipped roof and stands on a rubble base. The street view has four window axes and is symmetrical. The central risalit has a triangular gable with an ornamental relief in the decorated gable. By garment broader sandstone windows facing the street just have Verdachungen. The formerly chipped cornice structure and the pilaster strips were put back in place during the modern restoration.
Studio building and St. Joseph Chapel
The sculptor Matthäus Wolfenter had a studio building built by Adolf Neumann in 1897/1898, based on a design by Martin Pietsch from Dresden. The single-storey building had a small stepped gable , was decorated with Gothic motifs and had large arched windows .
This building was consecrated and used as the St. Joseph Chapel in April 1927 until the Catholic parish was able to move into its newly established Christ the King's Chapel in the building of the Radebeul Catholic Parish Office at Borstrasse 11 in March 1928 .
The studio building has not been preserved.
