description

Together with its enclosure under monument protection standing villa rental is a residential building with neo-baroque overtones. A high, heavily developed tiled mansard roof sits on the two-storey house .

The symmetrical street view shows a central projection with a high, curved gable with neo-baroque stucco ornamentation. In front of the risalit is a closed, glazed veranda , the exit of which is protected by a glass roof and glazed side walls. On both sides of the gable there is a dormer in the roof .

In the right side view there is a roof-high staircase projection with the house entrance. At the height of the attic there is a veranda-like exit in this risalit, above which the gable is decorated with ornamental framework. The stairwell windows have ornamental glazing. There is also a date to 1903.

The plastered facades are delimited at the building edges by smooth corner pilaster strips, while the plastered surfaces themselves are made of spray plaster. The windows on the ground floor are accompanied by folding shutters.

The enclosure is a picket fence between brick pillars with brick covers. Access is through a garden gate with a straight roof. At the top of the gate pillars, a row of protruding stones indicates a capital on which a wooden beam rests. This has a small hipped roof covered with tower beavers . The strictly rectangular shape of the picket fence and gate system is softened by the curved upper edge and the upwardly curved shape of the diagonal reinforcement of the picket gate.

history

Master builder Wilhelm Eisold, as "builder, site manager and executor", applied in January and May 1903 to build a villa on his own property, apparently based on a design by the architect Oskar Menzel. The application for a structural inspection was made in November 1903, and in March 1904 the request for purchase approval was made.
