The rental villa Wallotstraße 20 is a listed Art Nouveau residential building built in 1902 in the Dresden district of Striesen . The different window frames and differently stuccoed window frames are remarkable . Half-round and angular window frames alternate, the latter being adorned with roses depicted in relief .

The corner house on Anton-Graff-Straße is three storeys high and has a plastered façade facing Wallotstraße. The facade is structured by protruding risalits with a terrace above. A four-storey is located on the corner tower oriel with spire . The converted attic is equipped with a gable and crowns .
