Mikko Loukkaanhuhta (born February 22, 1995 in Kankaanpää ) is a Finnish biathlete .
Career
He made his World Cup debut on December 13, 2015 in Hochfilzen with the relay . However, this was lapped and did not reach the goal. At the next World Cup on the Pokljuka , he came 95th in the sprint over 10 kilometers. After that, he first competed in the IBU Cup , i.e. the 2nd division, and in the 2015/16 season reached 63rd place in the sprint in Obertilliach . At the IBU Youth World Championships in Cheile Grădiştei he achieved a 73rd place in the individual, a 36th in the sprint, a 44th in the pursuit and an 8th place with the relay. In his second season in professional business, he initially competed in the IBU Cup again and reached 15th place in the 2016/17 season on December 8, 2016 in Ridnaun- Val Ridanna with the single mixed relay. Just two days later, he reached 77th place in the sprint. A week before Christmas he competed in the singles and finished in 72nd place. This was followed by a 27th place in the sprint over 10 kilometers. In the new year he competed in the World Cup again, this time in Oberhof , and finished 99th in the sprint over 10 kilometers.
