Milan Jurčo (born September 14, 1957 in Liptovský Mikuláš ) is a former Czechoslovak cyclist .

As an amateur , Jurčo won the Circuit des Ardennes stage race in 1982 and the Rhineland-Palatinate Tour in 1983 and 1984 .

Jurco had excellent time trial qualities and won the national title in the individual time trial four times, in 1979, 1983, 1985 and 1986.

After winning the silver medal in the team time trial over 100 kilometers at the 1985 World Championships with the Czechoslovak street four, he achieved a stage win in 1986 at the Giro Ciclistico d'Italia , the Baby Giro .

Jurčo then became a professional in 1987 with the Italian cycling team Supermercati Brianzoli-Chateau d'Ax , for which he finished third in the final individual time trial of the Giro d'Italia in 1987 . During this time, he started twice in the Tour de France : in 1987 he gave up the race on the 19th stage. In 1988 he was 139th overall.

After two years with the Austrian team Varta-Elk Haus , Jurčo ended his professional career.
