The Milford Creek is the outflow of the Iowa Great Lakes in Dickinson County in the northwest of the US -amerikanischen state of Iowa . Its course begins with the outflow of Lower Gar Lake, which is connected to the other lakes, in the northeast urban area of Milford . It ends about two kilometers southwest of the town where it flows into the Little Sioux River , a left tributary of the Missouri .
