The Mill Creek ( English for "Mühlbach") is a small stream in Giles County , State of Virginia .
It rises between the Appalachian ridges of Wolf Creek Mountain and Pearis Mountain at around 1000 meters above sea level. The stream first flows in a northeastern direction before turning north. Mill Creek overcomes a steep step down into the valley of the New River through a series of small cascades . Below the falls, the stream flows through an old reservoir and finally reaches the small town of Narrows . There the Mill Creek flows into the Wolf Creek just before it flows into the New River.
The only named tributary of Mill Creek is named Mercy Branch .
