Miloš Marić (born March 5, 1982 in Titovo Užice ) is a former Serbian national football player .

Career

Miloš Marić has been a professional since 2002, his first professional station was Zeta Golubovci in Montenegro . In 2004, Marić's talent was discovered by Olympiacos Piraeus , where he played 57 games and scored two goals in three years. With Olympiacos he won the championship title three times in the Super League , the highest Greek league, from 2005 to 2007 . He also won the Greek Cup in 2005 and 2006.

In 2007 he was signed by the Belgian first division club KAA Gent . There he was a set playmaker and scored 17 goals in 76 games, six of them in the first half of the 2009/2010 season. Despite the attempts by KAA Gent to give their midfielder a new contract, Marić moved to German Bundesliga club VfL Bochum in 2010 . Here he replaced Shinji Ono . During the winter break of 2010/11, Marić signed a two and a half year contract with Lierse SK . After stints at Sporting Lokeren and Waasland-Beveren , he ended his playing career in 2016.

National team

Marić made his international debut on August 18, 2004 against Montenegro, where he came on with 19 minutes remaining. He then played six more international matches until 2005.
