Minganie is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Côte-Nord and consists of ten subordinate administrative units (seven municipalities, one cantonal municipality and two municipal-free areas). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Havre-Saint-Pierre . The population is 5197 and the area is 73,725.10 km², which corresponds to a population density of 0.07 inhabitants per km². On July 7, 2010, the eastern half was separated, resulting in the MRC Le Golfe-du-Saint-Laurent .
