Sept-Rivières is a regional county municipality ( French municipalités régionales de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .
It is located in the administrative region of Côte-Nord and consists of four subordinate administrative units (two cities and two unincorporated areas). The MRC was founded on March 18, 1981. The main town is Sept-Îles . The population is 33,098 and the area 32,571.60 km², which corresponds to a population density of 1.0 inhabitants per km².
