The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports and Health ( German Ministry for Education, Youth, Sport and Health ) is the Ministry of Education and Ministry for Youth , Sport and Health of the Pacific island state of Tuvalu . It sits in the village of Vaiaku on the island of Fongafale in the capital, Funafuti .
