Mireia Miró Varela

Mireia Miró Varela (born July 31, 1988 in Barcelona ) is a Spanish ski mountaineer .

Miró started ski mountaineering in 2005. With the participation in the Cronoescalada in Cerler , she contested her first competition in 2006 and finished second in the junior ranking. In 2006 she was a member of the Spanish national ski mountaineering team (Equipo PNTD Esquí de Montaña). She is a "high level athlete" of the High Sports Council (Consejo Superior de Deportes) of the Spanish government (No. 47.641.303 - Moñana y Escalada).
