Members of the Württemberg State Ministry (1806–1816)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Württemberg State Ministry under King Friedrich formed the state government of Württemberg from January 1806 to November 8, 1816 .

The Ministry of State consisted of six departments:

  1. the Department of Foreign Affairs or Cabinets Ministry
  2. the Department of the Interior
  3. the Department of Justice
  4. the Department of Military Affairs
  5. the department of finance
  6. the spiritual department

The State Ministry did not have an official prime minister. The king himself presided over the government. Informally, however, Minister of State Normann-Ehrenfels can be seen as a primus inter pares. After leaving the government in 1812, Count von Zeppelin and Count von Wintzingerode played this role with restrictions .
