Medium-fat fish

As a means Oily fish refers to various food fish with a fat content of 2 to 10 percent. Fish with a lower fat content are called white fish , those with higher fat content are called oily fish .

The medium-fat fish includes:

• Halibut
• carp
• Redfish
• sardine
• Turbot
• Brown trout
• Swordfish
