Mjällby is a place ( Tatort ) in the Swedish province of Blekinge län and the historical province of Blekinge .

Like most places in the region, Mjällby lives from the fish and fur industry, and there is a large starch producer in the village.
The place is also known nationwide for the Mjällby AIF soccer team , which played in Allsvenskan for several years . However, the club plays its home games in the neighboring town of Hällevik , where the Strandvallen stadium, which can seat over 7,000, is located.
The Hoga Rör is a Bronze Age cairn grave on Mount Mörby Backe, southwest of Mörby, west of Mjällby.
