Hällevik is a place ( Tatort ) in the Swedish province of Blekinge län and the historic province of Blekinge . The place is about eight kilometers southeast of Sölvesborg , the capital of the municipality of the same name , on the Listerlandet peninsula . Tourism and fishing are important industries in the seaside resort.

The place is also known nationally by football fans through the Mjällby AIF . Originally based in the neighboring village of Mjällby, the club plays its home games at the Strandvallen stadium in Hällevik , which has a capacity of almost 7,500.
