course

The Mlýnský potok rises from some ponds on the southern edge of Nová Ves pod Přimdou (German: Neudorf). The village of Nová Ves and the sources of Mlýnský potok are located on the western slope of the 698 m high Planina.

The Mlýnský potok flows in a south-westerly direction along the western slope of the 606 m high Lísková. Here, near the desert of Mlýnské Domky (German: Mühlhäusel), it encounters some ponds, from which an unnamed stream flows from the left.

Now the Mlýnský potok changes its flow direction more and more to the west. It takes two more long unnamed streams from the left. Then it crosses under the road 198 and after another 250 m flows into the Nivní potok (German: Natschbach).
