Molander Kristiansen, who starts for the Falun Borlänge SK , mainly participated in junior races from 2011 to 2015. She ran her first race in the Scandinavian Cup in December 2012 in Sjusjøen , which she finished in 94th place. At the U23 World Championships 2017 in Soldier Hollow , she finished 25th in the skiathlon , 23rd in the sprint and 14th place over 10 km freestyle. In the 2017/18 season, she achieved 12th place in the overall Scandinavian Cup ranking with three top ten placements. At the U23 World Championships in Goms in 2018 she came in 16th place in sprint, 14th place in skiathlon and tenth place over 10 km classic. She made her debut in the cross-country skiing world cup in March 2018 in Oslo , which she finished in 50th place in the 30 km mass start race. In December 2018 she reached her first podium in the Scandinavian Cup with third place in the 10 km freestyle in Östersund . At the Tour de Ski 2018/19 , which she finished in 13th place, she took 20th place in the sprint stage in Val Müstair and achieved her first World Cup points in the Fiemme Valley with ninth place in the 10 km mass start race Top ten placement in the World Cup. At the end of the season she reached the 41st place in the overall World Cup and 13th place in the overall ranking of the Scandinavian Cup.
