Mohamed Ikoki Msandeki (born December 3, 1985 ) is a Tanzanian marathon runner .
In 2006 he was twelfth in the Amsterdam Marathon . The following year he was third in the Muscat Half Marathon, he won the Groningen Marathon and was eighth in the Istanbul Marathon .
In 2008 he won the Luxembourg Marathon and finished sixth in the Milan Marathon . In 2009 he won the Buenos Aires Marathon and 2010 the Gutenberg Marathon . In autumn 2010, she finished ninth in the Chuncheon Marathon .
In 2012 he finished second in the Gutenberg Marathon and sixth in the Guangzhou Marathon . He was then nominated for the marathon of the World Athletics Championships 2013 in Moscow, where he finished 38th.
