The molar peak is 1,065 m high and steilwandiger mountain on Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago . In the Osterrieth Range it rises between Mount Camber and Copper Peak .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1957 following a survey by the Falklands Islands Dependencies Survey . It is named after its shape to a molar tooth ( English molar reminiscent).
