Monica Raymund
Monica Raymund (born July 26, 1986 in Saint Petersburg , Florida ) is an American actress .
life and career
She was best known for the role as Ria Torres in Lie to Me . She played this role in all three seasons of the series from 2009 to 2011. Before that, she had made minor appearances in television productions such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit . After the end of the series Lie to Me , she initially returned to the theater, but soon returned to guest roles in television series. From 2012 to 2018 she had a leading role as the responsible paramedic and later fire fighter Gabriela Dawson in the series Chicago Fire . In 2018, she left the series after six seasons.
Raymund is bisexual . From 2011 to 2014 she was married to the writer Neil Patrick Stewart. She has been in a relationship with cinematographer Tari Segal since 2015.
