Monika Müller (swimmer)

Monika Müller (born May 11, 1971 in Reichenbach im Täle ) was multiple German synchronized swimming champion and Olympic participant.

Career

At the age of 14, she was accepted into the youth national team in 1985. With the TV Markgröningen she was eleven times German champion in synchronized swimming (artificial swimming ) in the disciplines solo, duet and group from 1990 to 1994. In 1991 she began studying sports at the University of Tübingen . It was at the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992 14th in the solo and duet with Margit write (Munich) is also 14. In the World Championships in Perth (Australia) in 1991, it reached in Solo on the 12th place in the European Championships in Sheffield (England ) the 6th place. As a member of the national team (five years), she ended competitive sport in 1994 after the World Cup in Rome (Italy). Your club trainer was Annette Voigtländer.
