Skinder, who competes for Mulks Grupa Oskar Tomaszów Lubelski, took part in the Slavic Cup for the first time in January 2016 in Štrbské Pleso and finished 12th over 5 km classic. In 2017 and 2018 she became the Polish sprint champion. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in Goms in 2018 , she achieved 60th place over 5 km classic and 12th place with the relay. She made her debut in the cross-country skiing world cup in March 2018 in Lahti , which she finished in 55th place in the sprint. At the end of December 2018 she achieved her first podium in the Slavic Cup in Štrbské Pleso with third place over 5 km classic. In January 2019 she got her first World Cup points with the 20th place in the sprint in Dresden and the silver medal in the sprint at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2019 in Lahti. The following month she won the bronze medal over 7.5 km classic and the gold medal in the sprint at the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival in Sarajevo . At the season highlight of the Nordic World Ski Championships 2019 in Seefeld in Tirol , she ran to 55th place in the sprint, 13th place with the relay and tenth place together with Justyna Kowalczyk in the team sprint. In March 2019, she took second place in the sprint at the Slavic Cup in Wisła and seventh place in the overall standings at the end of the season. In the 2019/20 season she was sixth in the overall ranking of the Slavic Cup. She took her first victory in this racing series in the sprint in Zakopane . At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2020 in Oberwiesenthal , she finished 23rd in the 15 km mass start race, 12th place over 5 km classic and seventh place in the sprint.
