The Montaña Gana ( Monte Candelaria in Argentina ) is a 1640 m high mountain on the Foyn coast of Graham Land in the north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 8 km north of the mouth of the Attlee Glacier in the Cabinet Inlet .
Chilean scientists named him after Brigadier General Jorge Gana Eastman of the Fuerza Aérea de Chile , participant in the 6th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1951-1952). The background of the Argentine naming is not known.
