The Montreal Alouettes or in French Alouettes de Montréal ( German : Lerchen von Montreal) are a Canadian football team from Montreal in the Canadian province of Québec . The club was founded in 1946 and plays in the Canadian Football League in the East Division . The Montreal Alouettes play their home games during the regular season at the Stade Percival-Molson , which has a capacity of 25,012, and during the playoffs in the Olympic Stadium with a capacity of 66,000.

Club colors

The basic color of the helmet is silver with a blue A and a rushing lark in full protective gear and a football under the arm. The club colors are blue, red, silver and white.
