Morgenschtean (Subtitle: Die Österreichische Dialektzeitschrift ) is an Austrian literary magazine from Vienna .
The magazine has been published since 1989 and appears quarterly. Unpublished poems , short prose texts , dramatic scenes and reviews can be found on a length of 60 to 100 pages . The circulation is 300 to 500 pieces. Morgenschtean is the most important journal for dialect literature in Austria. The authors published so far include:
