Antonio Fian
Antonio Fian (born March 28, 1956 in Klagenfurt ) is an Austrian writer , essayist and playwright .
Life
Antonio Fian grew up in Spittal an der Drau and moved to Vienna in 1976 . He was a co-founder and editor of the literary magazine Fettfleck from 1976 to 1983 . Fian publishes in many categories, but is best known for his weekly published Dramolets. These first appeared in the Falter and since January 2005 in the Standard . His literary work appears mainly in the Graz literary publisher Droschl . Fian lives with his wife Elsbeth in Vienna- Leopoldstadt .
The screenplay for the feature film Glückhaben (2019) by Peter Payer is based on the novel The Polykrates Syndrome (2014) by Antonio Fian.
