Moritz Müller-Wirth

Moritz Müller-Wirth (born July 20, 1963 in Karlsruhe ) is a German journalist .

Life and career

Moritz Müller-Wirth was born in Karlsruhe in 1963. He's been a fan of KSC since childhood. He trained as a publishing clerk, studied political science and history and completed an editorial traineeship at Tagesspiegel . He began his journalistic career as a Berlin correspondent for Focus . In 1999 he was part of the founding editorial team of the Berlin Pages of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung , and from October 1999 he was deputy head of department Florian Illies . In April 2001 he moved to the weekly newspaper Die Zeit , where he initially headed the “Life” section. In January 2011 he became one of the deputies of the editor-in-chief Giovanni di Lorenzo , in November 2011 he also took over the management of the feature pages.
