Moritz Mauch

Moritz Mauch (born March 24, 1996 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ) is a German windsurfer . He sails with the sail number G-103 .

Life & Career

Mauch was born in Gran Canaria as the son of German emigrants . His parents run a windsurfing school on the holiday island, which means that Mauch was able to gain his first experience in this sport at the age of 6 and he trained over the years to take part in the PWA World Tour one day .

In 2011, 15-year-old Mauch started at his first PWA event in Tenerife . In 2014 he became junior world champion in the wave discipline .
