Moritz Freiherr von Schütz zu Holzhausen called von Bechtolsheim (until 1862 Moritz Freiherr von Mauchenheim called von Bechtolsheim ) (born February 12, 1837 in Würzburg , † January 15, 1901 in Aibling ) was a member of the first chamber of the estates of the Duchy of Nassau in 1866 .

He was the son of the royal Bavarian chamberlain Johann Philipp Gottfried Freiherr von Mauchenheim called von Bechtolsheim (born July 17, 1789 in Würzburg; † September 6, 1848 there). The mother was Caroline born Freiin von Gagern (born March 14, 1801 in Hornau, † June 2, 1896 in Steinbach / Lower Franconia), the daughter of Hans Christoph Ernst von Gagern .

Von Mauchenheim called von Bechtolsheim, who was a Catholic, married Marie Freiin von Schütz zu Holzhausen (1841–1866), the daughter of Friedrich Wilhelm Freiherr Schütz von Holzhausen (1805–1866) and his wife Carolina on September 4, 1861 in Camberg Freiin Spies von Büllesheim (1821–1907). In 1862 the name and coat of arms were united.

After the death of his first wife, he married Mathilde, born Freiin Günther von Sternegg (1852–1906) in Vienna on February 11, 1874.
