The Morris Peak is a distinctive mountain with a height of 910 m at the Amundsen-coast in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It marks the northwestern end of the Duncan Mountains on the east side of the mouth of the Liv Glacier in the Ross Ice Shelf .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1966 after Lieutenant Commander Henry C. Morris of the United States Navy , commander of the icebreaker USS Mills in Operation Deep Freeze in 1963.
