The necropolis of Moseddu is located in the small town of Cheremule , south of Thiesi in the province of Sassari in Sardinia . The 18 endneolithisch (3500-2700 v. Chr.) Resulting, partially multichamber Domus de Janas the cemetery were up in Roman time nachgenutzt and are partially (indefinite time) rich with petroglyphs decorated been. One plant of the complex is located to the west, somewhat isolated on the "Mesu s'Ena".

The outstanding facilities are the "Tomba della Cava" and the "Tomba Branca". In it, the walls are decorated with groups of adoring (praying or blessing) anthropomorphic figures. Similar rock carvings are known from the Grotto Bue Marino near Cala Gonone from the Domus de Janas of Sas Concas near Oniferi Province Nuoro, but also from the Iberian Peninsula of Corsica and Val Camonica in Lombardy .

The necropolis was examined in the 1940s by the archaeologist Antonio Taramelli and placed chronologically in the Ozieri culture of the late Neolithic (3200-2800 BC).
