Mount Chiang is a 2900 m high and striking mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises as a forked extension from the northern section of the Chaplains Tableland in the Royal Society Range .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1992 after Erick Chiang, from 1991 manager of the National Science Foundation's polar program .
