Mount Coulter is a 1000 m high mountain in Queen Elizabeth Land in West Antarctica . In the Schmidt Hills section of the Neptune Range in the Pensacola Mountains, it rises 5 km northwest of Mount Gorecki .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after LeRoy G. Coulter (1930-2001), cook at Ellsworth Station in the Antarctic winter of 1958.
