Mount Crabtree is a 820 m high mountain in Marie Byrd Land in West Antarctica . It rises 6 km east-southeast of Mount Fonda in the north-central part of the Swanson Mountains in the Ford Ranges .
Scientists from the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941) mapped it. It is named after the biologist Ernest Granville Crabtree (1883-1947), who worked as a consultant in the preparations for Operation Deep Freeze I (1955-1956).
