Mount Cross is a 1005 m high mountain in Queen Elizabeth Land in West Antarctica . In the central Patuxent Range of the Pensacola Mountains, it rises 4 km northeast of King Ridge in the Anderson Hills .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from the years 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 at the suggestion of the US polar explorer Finn Ronne after the doctor Allan S. Cross, who was involved in the preparations for the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947-1948) in questions of medical equipment and nutrition.
