Mount Dasinger is a 1360 m high mountain in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the northern Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains it rises 10 km northeast of the Neith-Nunatak .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Lieutenant James R. Dasinger (* 1933) of the US Navy, a member of the Winter crew at Ellsworth Station in 1958.
