Mount Fazio is a non-iced and 2670 m high mountain in East Antarctica Victoria Land . It marks the southwest end of Tobin Mesa in the Mesa Range .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from the years between 1960 and 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names him named in 1969 by William Z. Fazio, crew member in helicopters in the campaigns of Operation Deep Freeze of Years 1966, 1967 and 1968.
