Mount Liptak is a 3000  m high mountain with double peaks in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . It rises 11 km southeast of Mount Craddock in the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1957 and 1959. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1961 after Lester Harry Liptak (* 1930), aircraft mechanic and pilot of a Douglas DC-3 during an aerial reconnaissance flight over the Ellsworth Mountains in January 1958.
