Mount Reimer is a 2430 m high mountain in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . It rises on the south side of the Newcomer Glacier and 8 km southwest of Mount Warren in the northern part of the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1961 after John D. Reimer (1929-2002) of the United States Navy , photographer of the VX-6 flight squadron for the creation of aerial photographs of the Sentinel Range between December 14 and 15, 1959.
