Mount Roy is a 2850  m high mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises on the south side of Benighted Pass in the Barker Range of the Victory Mountains .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1969 after Robert R. Roy, cook at Hallett Station in 1957.
