Mount Rubin de la Borbolla is a 1090 m high mountain in Marie Byrd Land in western Antarctica . It rises above the western flank of the Johnson Glacier on the southeastern foothills of the McDonald Heights .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the mountain in 1974 after George S. Rubin de la Borbolla, meteorologist at the plateau station in Year 1968.
