Mount Williams is a mountain in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises between Mount Riiser-Larsen and Mount Soucek in the northwestern part of the Tula Mountains .

It was mapped using aerial photographs taken by members of a team on the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions in 1956. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named the mountain after John Stanley Marsden Williams (* 1934), assistant diesel generator mechanic at Wilkes Station in 1959.
