Mount Wright is a 1800 m high mountain not far from the Pennell coast in East Antarctica Victoria Land . In the northern part of the Admiralty Mountains, it rises 13 km southwest of Birthday Point between the Shipley and Crume glaciers .
Participants of the Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913) of the British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott named him after the Canadian physicist Charles Seymour Wright (1887-1975), who was involved in this research trip.
