Mundhaarmonika (born December 4, 1982 in Augsburg ; real name Simon Lechner ) is a German rapper from Munich .

Career

Oral hair harmonica grew up in Augsburg, where she began to write her own songs and make her first music videos. In 2014 he moved to Munich to pursue his musical career and met his current producer, Andreas Begert , who was still studying at the University of Music and Theater in Munich at the time . He decided to expand the team around him and gradually brought on the music students at the time Felix Renner (bass), Thomas Nemeth (drums), Joachim Langmann (saxophone), Matthias Kieslich (live sound), Sebastian Palzhoff (sound ) and Temren Demirbolat (management). In 2014 Mundhaarmonika released his first EP What`s Rap and in the same year won the Munich Sparkasse band contest "The Band of Our City 2014".

As a result Mundhaarmonika played in 2015 his first big show in front of 18,000 people on the topless open air , among other things, the opening act of the 257ers and Kontra K . In the following year he released the single Schweben , which resulted in numerous airplays, including in Matuschke's program on Bayern 3 . At the same time, the song was awarded by the Munich TZ alongside titles by the Spider Murphy Gang and Moop Mama as one of the 13 songs with the greatest Munich attitude towards life.

In 2016 the band withdrew to record their first studio album. In the middle of the year, the single color film was released in advance of the album release. During the course of production, oral hair harmonica parted ways with the members Thomas Nemeth, Joachim Langmann, Felix Renner and Sebastian Palzhoff. At the same time, he brought a video producer in Marcel Chylla and a new drummer in Vincent Crusius.

In December 2016 Mundhaarmonika released his first studio album, Raptestdummy , and played at numerous festivals in Germany in the following two years.

In October 2018, Mundhaarmonika announced the release of its second album, which will be released on February 15, 2019. At the same time he published the singles Heimat and Bilderbuch.
