Muninodden ( Norwegian ) is a furrowed headland off the Princess Ragnhild coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It lies on the northern edge of the Muninisen .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 2016 based on the name of the ice shelf. Its name bearer is Munin , one of the two ravens of the god Odin from Norse mythology .
